Rescheduling Policy

Please read carefully!

By registering for, paying for, and attending any training course with Sure Grip Arms, you agree to the following rescheduling conditions:

1. Payment Terms

• All payments are deemed final at the point of sale, except as specifically provided for in the rescheduling sections below.
• Unattended or incomplete training (No-Shows or partial attendance) will not be eligible for any refund or credit.

2. Rescheduling Policy

Trainees may choose to reschedule their training date instead of canceling, subject to the following strict conditions: 

• One-Time Option: Trainees have only a one-time option available to reschedule the same training course.
• Time Limit: The new training date must be within 60 days of their original registration date.
• Final Sale: Once a training has been rescheduled, it may not be cancelled later and will not be eligible for any refund.
• Availability: Rescheduling is 100% dependent on class and space availability.

3. How to Reschedule

To initiate a rescheduling request, trainees must contact the Sure Grip Arms Customer Service Department using one of the methods below.
