Please read carefully!

By registering for, paying for, and attending any training course with Sure Grip Arms, you agree to the following cancellation and refund conditions:

1. Payment Terms

• All payments are deemed final at the point of sale, except as specifically provided for in the cancellation and refund sections below.
• Unattended or incomplete training (No-Shows or partial attendance) will not be eligible for any refund or credit.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Within 72 Hours of Start Time: Cancellations submitted within 72 hours of the scheduled training start time are not eligible for a refund or credit.
• Prior to 72 Hours of Start Time: Cancellations requested prior to 72 hours of the training start time are eligible for a partial refund, minus a 30% processing fee.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds may take up to 30 business days before finalization and appearing back in your account.

3. How to Cancel

To initiate a cancellation and refund request, trainees must contact the Sure Grip Arms Customer Service Department using one of the methods below. Text messages are not accepted as formal notification.
